Тhe interest of investment in Bulgarian real estates is increasing
More and more people are thinking to buy an apartment in Bulgaria for personal and investment purposes.Тhe result is a growth of investment purchases. In 2015 the part of the investment purchases was 21%, in 2014 it was 18%, and in 2013 - 9%. The deposit interest rates in the Bulgarian banks are very low at the moment. The rental income is much more attractive - 5% and even more.
